As many know, a large part of medical weight loss relies not only on medication, but especially on lifestyle changes.

And for many patients, exercise represents a real challenge.

Some tell me they don't like working out, they don't like to sweat, or they have trouble staying consistent.

My answer is always the same:
You need to find an activity that you truly enjoy.

Pleasure is the key to consistency.

When you look forward to moving, whether it's walking, dancing, cycling, or playing a sport, it becomes much easier to maintain the habit in the long term.
