You don't have time to exercise? Here's what I tell my patients

Think you don't have time to work out?
Being in shape often means gaining time, not losing it.

Dear patients and friends,

One sentence comes up very often in my office:
«Doctor, I don't have time to work out.»

My answer is almost always the same:
Time exists, but it isn't always used optimally.

When you train regularly and become fitter, you develop more capacity, more endurance, and above all, more efficiency.

Result: one can accomplish more in less time, be more focused, and more effective daily.

In this video, I explain why taking the time to exercise isn't a waste of time, but often an investment that saves time.
