Non-surgical medical laser treatment with IncontiLase®
THE PROCESS
Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) involves involuntary urine leakage during activities that increase abdominal pressure, such as:
- coughing
- sneezing
- laughing
- physical exertion
In women, this condition is common and may be associated with :
- vaginal childbirth
- hormonal changes
- aging
- weakening of pelvic floor tissue
- vaginal atrophy
IncontiLase® is a highly effective, non-surgical medical laser treatment designed to stimulate collagen remodeling in the vaginal walls and around the urethra, to support natural continence mechanisms.
A medical evaluation is required to confirm diagnosis and determine treatment suitability.

FAQs - everything you need to know
IncontiLase® delivers controlled photothermal energy to :
- vaginal walls
- peri-urethral tissues
This thermal stimulation :
- promotes collagen contraction and regeneration
- helps improve tissue support
- may reduce laxity associated with stress incontinence
Treatment typically involves a series of sessions, often three treatments spaced one month apart, based on medical assessment.
During the treatment :
- a specialized vaginal applicator is used
- short, controlled laser pulses are delivered inside the vagina
- the procedure is generally well tolerated
After the treatment :
- patients may leave immediately after treatment
- normal daily activities may be resumed the same day
- mild sensitivity or clear discharge may occur temporarily
Sexual activity and intense physical exertion are usually avoided for 1–2 weeks, as advised by the physician.
Results are progressive.
Some women may experience :
- gradual improvement in stress urinary incontinence symptoms
- a reduction in the frequency or intensity of leakage
- increased daily comfort
Results and their duration depend on a number of factors, including age, tissue quality and symptom severity.
Maintenance treatments can be considered as needed.
IncontiLase® treatment may be considered for women with :
- mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence
- mixed incontinence with a stress-predominant component
- a desire to avoid or postpone surgical intervention
A comprehensive medical evaluation is essential before treatment.
- Vaginal walls
- Peri-urethral region
Treatment is generally well tolerated.
Possible side effects are usually mild and temporary:
- localized sensitivity
- transient clear vaginal discharge
- minor discomfort
As with any medical treatment, the risks are explained during the consultation.
Depending on the clinical situation, other options may be discussed:
- pelvic floor muscle training
- medications
- supportive devices
- surgical intervention in more severe cases
An annual maintenance session may be considered to help sustain results
IncontiLase® represents a non-surgical option that may be integrated into a comprehensive management plan for female stress urinary incontinence.
