Why exercise must become a primary, non-negotiable activity.
Dear patients and friends,
One of the most important concepts I share in weight loss concerns the difference between primary and secondary activities.
Primary activities are those we do automatically:
Brush teeth, take a shower, get dressed, eat.
We don't question them. We do them.
Secondary activities, on the other hand, require a decision:
«Should I go today? It's cold... I'm tired... maybe tomorrow...»
The problem is that many people categorize exercise in this second category.
And when you re-evaluate it every day, it becomes easy to push it back or give up.
For progress to be sustainable, exercise must become a primary activity—a habit integrated into the routine, without negotiation.
In this video, I explain why this simple mindset shift can make all the difference in adopting healthy habits long-term.
